MINOTOR Labs was founded on a straightforward observation — industrial robots are sold as precise machines, but straight out of the factory, most are not. They are consistent, but the point they return to is rarely the point you programmed. For applications where that gap matters, the consequences are real: scrapped parts, failed inspections, manual corrections, and processes that never reach their potential.
We set out to close that gap. Our team developed a proprietary kinematic calibration platform built specifically for this problem — not adapted from a generic tool, but engineered from the ground up to identify and correct the real geometric behaviour of each individual robot. We measure using precision metrology equipment, we model using our own software, and we deliver the result directly into the controller. No add-ons. No workarounds. The robot simply becomes a better version of itself.
Beyond calibration, we integrate complete robotic milling systems and maintain an inventory of laser-calibrated robots ready for deployment. Every machine we sell or calibrate carries the same standard: sub-millimeter absolute accuracy, verified before it leaves our facility.
